Herbert Finbury
FSB was founded by Herbert Finbury (1915 - 2001) who was born and raised in Haverhill and practiced law for fifty five years. Herbert was a veteran of World War II, and a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard law School. His legal skills as a trail attorney are legendary, and his professionalism, wit and wisdom, and his dedication and kindness toward his clients are well-remembered by the community. Herbert was one of a select few attorneys in the Commonwealth honored with the Life Time Achievement Award from the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.
